News broke today that this year’s Gatorade National Boys Basketball Player of the Year Emoni Bates has committed to playing for Tom Izzo and MSU Basketball. The only thing – he technically still has 2 years left in high school. We were joined by Kyle Austin from MLive to hear about Emoni’s reasoning for choosing MSU, how Tom Izzo has had this in the works for a while now, and what the next couple years might look like for Emoni.
